Bonjour! Kia Ora! Hello! Guten Tag! In 2015 I took over the running of this beautiful 11th century Château and Farmhouse which has been in my family since 1993. I'm originally from Switzerland and moved to France after living in New Zealand for over 20 years.
As self-confessed gourmand I share a love for good food, wine, music and great company which can be found in abundance in the surrounding region of the Loire Valley.
I trained in Hotel and Restaurant Management in Lucerne and in the ‘off’ season work as a private tour guide in New Zealand. I have set up a relaxed and friendly yet efficient style of management amongst this beautiful setting.
I am fluent in Swiss (German), High German, French (well mostly) and English.
